Blackboard CCC

I am back, a bit late, but back with Crafty Creations Challenge this week.

Love her wine and grapes image.  Our theme is blackboard.  So I used some blackboard tape and die cut it and wrote with my chalk pen.  I will be doing some more of this it was fun.  I blinged it up with some spica pens and gems for grapes on the side.  The leaves are part of a larger button ivy that I cut.  The card was inspired by a painting I just finished for an author friend.  

This is a mixed media painting.  My first, it was fun.  I will be doing some more painting I think in the near future.  

Metal accent key by Heidi Swapp. I also used copics for shading after the paint was dry, for the books.  I couldn't get the look I wanted with wet paint, so this worked well.
