CCC- tic tac toe

I am back this week with my make for Crafty Creations Challenges.  This week we are sponsored by

This week's challenge is a TIC-Tac-TOE board....

I went strait down the middle.

 I found my inspiration for this one on pinterest.  It was done with circut and notebook paper.  I used stamps to get a similar look.

 Use library card stamp, owl stamp, graduation hat and tassel stamps, and Congrats stamp .  All are CTMH.  Colored with Primas and gamisoled to blend.  owl and hats are cut and pieced together, adding the embossed tassel after attached to library card. The "diploma" is a thin paper rolled and tied with baking twine.

I did a bunch of these and changed the colors up for different schools in the area.  Great way to use up some of those scraps.  Stars are from stash and are a foamy sticker.  Ribbon is offray.
