Inky and Scrappy: Fangtastic Friends Treehouse Card- Halloween 2022- Stamp Set Series LF

Large square cards are an old favorite of mine. I seldom make them because extra postage...but then I remember I end up putting extra postage on all those chunky layered and interactive cards anyways. So why avoid an old favorite with all that real-estate for creativity, and that LF Tree House Die begs for large cards. (5x7 are another favorite with that die set.)

I scrapped my original bat colored images and switched it up with a brown and darker purple combo that is subtle, yet perfect for this Halloween card. I love the two colors with a tiny pop of that glowing yellow/green.

I'm not usually a bat fan...trust me I think they are like mice with wings...but Lawn Fawn makes me like mice too, so it was a forgone conclusion wasn't it? They are just adorable. I might have the Bat set from Trinity Stamps that is adorable too. I did some super cute bat cards last Halloween, they might be on my instagram @inkyandscrappy if you want to have a peek at them.

I did just get the new 320 color Bullet Nibs from Ohuhu, I've been working on color swatching them out and finding their matches from my 216 color Bullet Nib Set in the old 1,2,3,4...color number system, my 72 Brush Set, and the Pastel 48 set with the bullet/brush combo. It's a task to say the least and has consumed hours and isn't all the way done yet. But to explain the color chart- The first color listed is the Newest 320 set, second is 216 set, third is 72 set, and any thing last with a -P is the pastel set. So if it says R193/28/R21 those are all the same color name and should match. If only one color is listed it is only in the 320 Color set. It doesn't mean there isn't a color match in a different set, I just don't own it, so I can't help you there. (One might ask, Why did you need all the different sets? I bought the first 3 on-sale to try them out, loved them. So when the sale came up last month, I bit on the largest set. I wish the Brush/Bullet would have been on sale and in the 320 colors, but no dice. So I settled for the 320 and will be okay using my smaller sets with my new in person classes without sweating people using my markers- too much. LOL)
