Don't be Blue-CCC

I am just hopping in to post my card for the challenge on Crafty Creations Challenges.  We are asking  you not to be Blue this go round.  So make a project without the color blue or something to cheer someone up.

We are sponsored by the wonderful Robyn's Fetish and I have used one of her images.

This one was so fun to do.  I have a special someone in mind for it.  So the theme was a bit easy, but I LOVE BLUE...like my most favorite color of all time and when you tell me I can't use it, I only want to use Blue...like all blue in multiple shades.  So this was a challenge for me.  I truely had to find the papers first and then cordinate the image to it or I would have used BLUE.
So the mug was laser printed on cardstock and typing paper.  I used the image from the typing paper as masks to cover what I didn't want stamped and then colored.  The words are stamped in versa ink and then clear embossed. (stamp is from CTMH).  I then sponge dubbed color onto the image. Starting light with Sunflower, Autumn Terracotta, Pansy Purple, and then Cranberry for the heart. I cut the image out and matted it on dry embossed white card that had been sponge distressed.
I stamped and white embossed the saying and diecut in a circle and popped it up a bit from the card. (as shown above)
Sentiments are both from Riley the Moose's Store...I don't know the exact name off the top of my head, but if you want it I can find it for ya.

Inside reads...
Peace out and hope to see you over at CCC.
