Vintage at CCC this week!

I am hosting this week over at Crafty Creations.  This week's challenge is VINTAGE!  Sponsoring us is Whiff of Joy with a fun Henry Mouse stamp.  Must enter to win!  Plus we have added 3 new DT and are saying goodbye to Hazel.

 I made this one as a thank you!  The lace is from my Grandma's old stash so very authentic vintage.  Miss her dearly, but love that I get to create with some of her old stuff, helps to remember.

 The papers are all CTMH.  The card the says "Thanks Friend" is actually from one of their Picture My Life kits.  I stamped bird and heat embossed with clear and sponged generously over the top to get it to pop.  Inked all edges and added some aqua dots.  The paper feathers...I made... I know I got crafty.

To make them I cute wire about 3 inches long and then taped two pieces of paper to then to sandwich the wire in.  I cut the slits in first and then shaped the feather look.  Bent and twisted after I inked them and curled the wire end, but they are kinda hidden by the lace.  Added stamping to the envelope and greeting to the inside.
