Crafty Creations #12- Bookmarks

This week over at
Crafty Creations the challenge has been set by the lovely Deena. Bookmarks are this weeks challenge and what a great challenge as I have been meaning to make myself a pretty one for awhile now. So this made me finially get it done. You have to check out the other DT's pieces they are too cute. We again have a wonderful sponsor this week as well. It is Deena's Etsy Shop, you must check it out she does some fab work. So with out further delay here is my little pretty bookmark. I have used the sketch from Friday Sketcher's this last week. I needed added inspiration as the warm weather distracts me so. Also the skinny card sketch worked great for the bookmark shape/size. The papers are from Basic Grey and all the stamps are from CTMH's new "ambiance" stamp set. I heat embossed the butterfly and word. Colored them with markers and cut them with my new nesties. Loved the word "explore" as that is what we do with books, so it fit beautifully. Anywho the ribbon and beads are stash as well as eyelet. Sticker flower and b-fly are from a classic pooh sheet and are dimesional. Hope you like as I know I will enjoy finding my spot in my book with it. Measures 2 1/2 by 5 3/4".
