Crafty Creations #31

This week over at
Crafty Creations the challenge is Gifted. I am hosting this week so you will have to check out the cute stamp set that is up for grabs. I made this little gift box with 4x4 coasters and covered with this cute paper I found on clearence at Archivers. It was already glass effected and glittered. Not much else to tell Martha S. ribbon and a cropodile. That about sums it up. Now on to the boys. . .

We mixed cookies on Monday and then rolled them out yesterday. Jason thinks we need to frost them today, but we will see. He has his 5 year old check up this afternoon so we might not have time. The picture is what happens when older brother decides he needs to turn on the mixer and goes to the fastest setting. Too funny.

It is cold here. Sunday, We had a good old fashioned Minnesota Winter Storm/Blizzard, Lots of snow and windy. Monday was 35-45 below zero most all day with the winds. YUCK! Not much warmer Tuesday at -25* wind chill. And today it was -10* without the wind chill so about the same as yesterday. Anyone want to send some global warming this way. HEHE. Lets say I freeze when I feed calves and milk cows and try to avoid going outside if at all possible. Even the cats stay in the barn instead of infront of the house. The boys are working hard on driving me NUTS, which I think they have done more than once this week. I can't wait till they can go outside for awhile again or at least spend some quality time with daddy and leave me to myself!!!

Hi Jaime! Wow, now that is cold!!! Brrr... we are having a snow storm of sorts here today, and the good thing is, it meant that I got to cancel a dentist appt. for myself! lol. Oh, and my boys have been driving me a bit NUTTY too! Guess it's that time of year! :)
I LOVE this little gift holder you made!! I think I may have to case this, if you don't mind!

Beautiful gift box Jaime, great idea. Looks like the boys have been having fun lol, no snow over here yet, I'm hoping we get a bit as I love it when it snow's at christmas, don't think I'd be as fond of it if I had to go and milk the cow's though lol. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas. Donna x

Hi Jaime! your boys are too cute, and I know you had a blast rolling out the cookies! Your box is fantastic! I haven't tried one of those yet. I will send you my 78 degree weather if you'll send me some of your snow! Even just a snowball! Of course, it would melt as soon as it arrived. We're hoping for colder weather at least for Christmas Day. Hugs,
Anne Marie
